Project Information

This one-of-a-kind residence is part of the Summit development in Las Vegas.  The home is organized around an arrangement of local symmetries to create incredible internal vistas and connect the interior to the exterior.  Conceived as a series of pavilions for living, the project is titled ‘cascade’, as it fuses with the landscape and gently descends the existing slope.

The home includes 5 bedroom suites, a theatre, open living spaces and a dramatic poolscape with views of the strip.  The home is a unique blend of open-living concepts paired with a more Victorian sensibility of specific rooms for specific functions.
